Indian Moon Moth (Actias selene)
The selene is a member of the moon moth family that includes the American Moon Month, also known as the Luna moth. Its is native to India and is hence commonly referred to as the Indian Moon Moth. It is considerably larger than the Luna moth and has more pink coloration in the wings.

This is a nice picture of the underside that shows its pure white body and maroon legs, a coloration shared with the luna moth. |
